• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the insurance, employee benefits, finance, or accounting sectors is preferred.
• Preferred background includes designing and managing analytics solutions at the enterprise level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is essential.
• A background in healthcare underwriting, actuarial work, or similar analytical roles is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills are mandatory.
• Basic programming knowledge is required.
• Familiarity with VBA is a plus.
• Experience working with SQL is preferred.
• Prior use of Tableau is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Python is also preferred.
